an approach that includes all external and internal operations carried out by the company or institution

Fourth: - E-commerce uses the Internet to communicate and communicate with the outside world While electronic business uses the Internet, the intranet, and internal networks to deal with others, whether they are individuals or institutions, whether inside or outside the company

Fifth:- E-commerce requires a new or additional business model for making sales and services to buy and sell online.
